We like to keep things smooth and simple—just like your ride. Here are a few key policies to know before you book:🚫 CancellationsAirport Transfers: Need to cancel or change time/date? No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a charge.Concerts & Special Events: These take more planning, so we ask for 72 hours’ notice. Late cancellationsLate cancellations may be charged in full.⏱ Wait Time/Delayed FlightsAirport Pickups: We include 30 minutes of free wait time after your flight lands (45 minutes for international). After that, transfer may be cancelled if we have other commitments or wait time may be billed at $100/hr in 15-minute increments.All Other Pickups: We include a 15-minute grace period, because hey, life happens.Delayed Flights: We understand delayed flights happen, especially in Colorado! We do our best to track and meet delayed flights and if necessary arrange back-up transportation. However, if we have other commitments and we are not able to accommodate a delayed flight, the transfer may be considered a late cancellation and charged at 50%.🚫 No-Shows
If we show up and no one’s there (and we haven’t heard from you), it counts as a no-show, and the full fare will apply.🧼 Cleaning & Damage
